【摘要】目的：对健脾益肝方干预老年人原发性肝癌化疗栓塞术后的临床疗效进行探析。方法：选取我院在2013年1月—2014年12月救治的80例老年人原发性肝癌患者，均实施化疗栓塞术治疗，随机分为两组，一组术后服用维生素C、益肝灵等药物，另一组术后服用健脾益肝方，对比与观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是85%，对照组是60%，差异性明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后半年生存率是85%，对照组是65%，差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论：健脾益肝方干预老年人原发性肝癌化疗栓塞术后的效果较为理想。
