摘要：功能失调性子宫出血是由于调节生殖的神经内分泌机制失常引起的异常子宫出血，为妇科常见病，可分为排卵性和无排卵性两类，可发生于月经初潮至绝经间的任何年龄；应用米非司酮进行治疗不仅显效快，疗效好，不良反应小，而且服药方法简单，不会因偶然的药物漏服导致疗程中异常出血，从而提高了患者的依从性，达到良好的临床治疗效果，值得在临床广泛推广应用。
