摘要：目的：探讨化学发光免疫分析法检测血清C肽与胰岛素的临床应用价值。方法：将2011年06月至2012年12月我院收治的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者120例设为观察组，将同期在我院体检的非糖尿病健康者120例设为对照组，对两组血清C肽及胰岛素的检测情况进行对比。结果：两组的C-P及Insulin相比差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：对血清C肽和胰岛素进行检测，借助化学发光免疫分析法，不但敏感度非常的高，而且具有很强的特异性。
