摘要：目的：探讨新护理管理技巧在护理管理工作中的应用。方法：对比分析患者在不同护理管理模式下的满意度情况。结果：引入新的护理管理技巧能有效提升患者护理满意度(P<0.05)。结论：护理管理工作需以护士工作现状及患者护理需求创新、全面开展，壮大护理队伍、高效有序地组织和实施。
