摘要：目的：对我院神经外科护理工作中发现的问题进行分析和归纳，探讨解决对策，保障患者顺利康复。方法：对2010年7月至2013年7月发生在我院神经外科的52例护理不良事件进行回顾性分析。结果：神经外科护理中易发生的问题为管路脱落、基础护理不严谨、静脉炎，起因主要有患者因素、制度因素、护理因素。结论：神经外科护理中应注意的问题原因是多方面的，从以上三个方面寻求解决思路，制定相关对策，可有效防止不良事件发生，促进患者康复。
