摘要：目的：小儿严重烧伤的腹腔间隙综合征的护理措施在临床治疗中的重要性。

    方法：8例腹腔间隙综合征患儿采用单腔深静脉置管穿刺针行下腹部穿刺置管接引流袋置床旁引流腹腔液体及加强临床护理。

    结果：1例因多器官功能衰竭死亡，7例病情稳定后经多次植皮手术后痊愈出院。

    结论：腹腔置管持续引流及正确临床护理治疗ACS患儿过程中临床效果显著。

    Continuous peritoneal catheter drainage in the treatment of children with severe abdominal compartment syndrome in burn patients care

    Abstract：Objective：Children with severe burns abdominal compartment syndrome nursing interventions in the clinical treatment of the importance.

    Methods： Eight cases of abdominal compartment syndrome were treated with single chamber deep venous catheter needle puncture catheter line in the lower abdomen connected bedside drainage bag set peritoneal fluid drainage and enhance clinical care.

    Result：One case of death due to multiple organ failure ......
