摘要：目的：探讨和分析使用高效液相色谱仪测定泰魄颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。
方法：使用高效液相色谱仪对泰魄颗粒中的阿魏酸含量进行测定。
结果：记Y为阿魏酸的峰面积，X(ug)为进样量，则Y与X之间的回归关系为：Y=2513X+26.4821，线性范围为2.1ug/ml-12.3ug/ml，相关系数为r=0.999。
结论：该检测方法简单，灵敏度高，准确率高，可以用于相关药物中阿魏酸含量的检测中。
