摘要：随着社会的发展，我国社会医患关系日趋紧张，医疗纠纷恶性事件不断涌现，在儿科临床工作中表现的尤为突出。良好的医患沟通有助于改善这一现象，从而有利于疾病的诊治。在儿科临床工作中要注意沟通的技巧性，与患儿的沟通，与家长的沟通，从而构建和谐的医患关系。
