摘要：目的：对社区高血压患者采取相应干预护理后的效果进行分析。
方法：对社区高血压患者进行健康教育、实施饮食干预、实施运动和行为干预、进行心理疏导以及更好的用药等，对患者实施干预前后采取预防高血压行为的人数进行统计，并进行对比。
结果：通过对社区高血压患者实施饮食干预、运动干预、保持良好的生活习惯、正确的使用药物等，经过比较，干预后采取预防高血压行为的人数高于干预前的人数。
结论：社区高血压患者实施综合的护理干预能够提高对高血压的预防和治疗，使患者的血压保持平稳。
