摘要：目的：探究不同术式对子宫肌瘤患者术后生活质量影响，为临床术式选择提供依据。
方法：选择本院行不同的手术方法治疗的246在名子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，通过统计调查问卷的结果，来探究不同术式对子宫肌瘤患者术后生活的影响。
结果：不同手术治疗后女性激素较手术前无明显变化(P>0.05)。子宫全切组：术后性生活较术前降低，子宫次全切组：性功能较术前无明显变化。子宫肌瘤剔除组以及动脉血管栓塞组：术后性生活较术前均有改善。
结论：不同的手术方式对卵巢激素的分泌水平无明显影响。但不同手术对术后性生活有不同的影响。
