摘要：目的：老年人胃肠息肉实施内镜下高频电的治疗疗效研究。
方法：选取188例胃肠息肉的老年人患者随机均分组，对照组和治疗组分别实施内镜下球状电极电凝灼除手术及内镜下高频电圈套切除手术，并对治疗效果进行对比分析。
结果：治疗组的总有效率为97.87%明显高于对照组的82.98%(P<0.05)；且治疗组在手术前后并发症发生率上明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。
结论：采取内镜下高频电治疗老年人胃肠息肉有显著效果，且对患者的创伤较小，安全有效。
