摘要：目的：了解甲醛甲酚与氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂两种根管消毒药物封药后疼痛情况。
方法：在临床上收集无疼痛症状的慢性根尖周炎患者200人，各一颗患者，共200颗患牙，随机分为2组，根管预备后分别用甲醛甲酚、氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂作为消毒药物暂封，7d后复诊，观察2组药物暂封后疼痛情况。
结果：氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂组封药期间疼痛发生例数(31例)少于甲醛甲酚组(54例)，有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
结论：氢氧化钙抑菌糊剂作为根管消毒药物的疗效明显优于传统的甲醛甲酚，值得在临床推广使用。
