细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用效果分析

摘要：目的：探讨细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用方法与应用效果。
方法：选取我科收治的上消化道出血行手术治疗的老年患者108例，随机分为对照组与观察组各54例，对照组给予常规消化内科护理方法，观察组给予细节护理干预措施，观察比较两组患者的临床护理效果及护理满意度。
结果：在临床治疗护理效果上，观察组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在护理满意度上，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：通过对上消化道出血患者介入细节护理干预模式，显著提升了治疗效果，提高了护理满意度，取得良好的临床护理效果，值得临床应用推广。

Abstract：Objective：To explore the effect and method of application of details nursing in Department of internal medicine.
