浅析心血管内科患者医院感染相关因素分析及对策

摘要：目的：分析我科住院患者医院感染特点，总结危险因素与对策。
方法：回顾性分析我科2010年1月～2014年1月患者病历资料。
结果：20667例患者中186例发生医院感染，革兰阴性菌107例(57.53%)；下呼吸道感染105例(56.45%)；高龄、心衰、有侵入性操作者院感发生率高(P<0.05)有统计学意义。
结论：心血管内科以高龄、合并症多、心衰患者发生医院感染为主。
