摘要：目的：探讨发热患者外周血细胞形态学检查在临床诊治中的重要意义。

    方法：回顾性分析2011年1月～2014年1月在我院住院和门诊发热患者210例的临床资料，对其外周血细胞形态学改变进行观察和分析。

    结果：中性粒细胞出现核左移20例，核右移5例，中性粒细胞毒性变化65例，异型淋巴细胞大于5%的有30例，幼稚细胞3例，有核红细胞18例，小细胞低色素性贫血15例，大细胞性贫血3例，疟原虫2例。

    结论：外周血细胞形态学检查具有重要的临床意义，在疑似血液病和血液学检查异常情况时进行外周血片镜检十分重要。
