摘要：通过分析监护病房护士在临床工作中面临的各种职业危害，提出相应的防护对策，提高临床护士的自我防护意识，降低职业危害在护士身上的发生率。

    Abstract：Through the analysis of tutelar ward nurses facing all sorts of occupational hazards in the clinical work，puts forward corresponding protective measures，to improve clinical nurses consciousness of self protection，reduce the incidence of occupational hazards on nurses.
