用丽科伟治疗小儿病毒性呼吸道感染观察

摘要：目的：探讨丽科韦治疗小儿病毒性呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法：选择病毒性呼吸道感染的小儿患者96例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组用丽科伟注射治疗，对照组采用利巴韦林注射治疗，评估两组临床疗效和副作用。结果：治疗组各症状缓解时间短，与对照组差异有统计学意义。治疗组治愈38例，显效15例，总有效率100%；对照组治愈16例，显效21例，总有效率86.05%，两组差异有统计学意义。治疗组副作用1.89%，对照组9.30%，两组差异有统计学意义。结论：丽科伟治疗小儿病毒性呼吸道感染，疗效好，见效快，副反应少，是值得信赖的治疗方案。
