摘要：前庭大腺囊肿系外阴多发疾病，好发于生育期妇女。在门诊妇科手术中占很大比例。传统治疗以手术为主，行囊肿剥除术。我院采取囊肿造口术，此法操作简便，保留腺体功能，值得推广应用。
