摘要：目的：本文就质量控制小组应用于药品管理中的效果进行了浅显的研究和探讨。方法：构建并完善药剂科的质量管理体系，组建质量控制小组，规范药品流程的各个环节，做好药品的质量管理工作。结果：组建质量控制小组，加强药品质量管理，有效提高了药品管理水平，保障了药品质量。结论：构建和完善药剂科的质量管理体系，有效提高了我院药品管理质量和服务效率，提升了我院的声誉，值得推广。
