摘要：目的：探讨内镜下治疗胆源性胰腺炎的护理，从而有效地避免胆道脓毒症(急性胆管炎)的发生。

    方法：研究对胆源性胰腺炎急诊(24h内)或早期(72h内)行内镜下造影(ERCP)及乳头括约肌切开(EST)治疗后的患者，予以适宜的护理措施。

    结论：术前充分的护理准备，术中配合，可缩短操作时间、减轻病人痛苦、减少并发症发生；术后严密观察病情变化，精心护理是内镜下治疗胆源性胰腺炎的重要保证。
