摘要：目的：探讨非甲亢手术全麻复苏期发生甲状腺危象病人的护理方法。

    方法：回顾性分析救治的1例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术全麻复苏期发生甲状腺危象病人的护理资料。

    结果：护理方法有效，术后3小时病情逐渐好转，1周后出院。

    结论：非甲亢手术病人全麻复苏期发生甲状腺危象，及时发现，及时有效的救治与护理，可有效提高患者生存率，降低死亡率。
