摘 要:结合医院实际例子，着重介绍了合理提升冷冻水的出水温度、上下班时段合理地开停冷水机组、利用楼宇自控系统对冷却塔进行节能控制运行等9种不增投资的节能方法。并建议要使这些节能做法能达到预期效果，关键在于持之以恒的监督实施和严格的管理。

    Abstract:Combined with practical examples, this paper introduces nine energy saving methods which don't increase the investments, such as improving the water temperature of chilled water、reasonably openning and stopping chillers. It also points out that sticking to monitoring the implementation and strict management are very important to ensure that these energy-saving practices achieve the desired results.
