摘 要：我国精神专科医院的建设处于起步阶段，而我国地域宽广，各地区的经济、文化差距很大，在精神专科医院的设计过程中，一定要根据医院的实际需求确定设计方案。精神专科医院的住院部设计更是有其自己的特点，可从门诊与住院部的设置比例、营造正常的建筑空间、护理单元的设计、病房的床位设置、生活区的设计、安全设计等方面入手。

    Abstract: The design of psychiatric hospitals need to determine the design according to the actual needs of the hospital.
