摘 要：为弥补洁净手术部与供应室位于不同栋楼而导致灭菌前后手术器械与物品转运中高效率运行条件缺失的环境缺憾，改变转运中的烦琐和复杂的局面，首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院自行设计并使用了手术室与供应室双向转运物品对接车，快速完成了大宗手术器械和敷料等手术用品的多次转运与传递操作；创新转运模式，转运方案；简化操作流程，省时节力；维护洁净区域的正压状态；规避了灭菌后手术器械与敷料包等物品再污染的隐患；提高了工作的效率和感染控制的质量；为不同栋楼的洁净手术部和供应室分别提供了一种安全可靠、方便快捷、经济实用的医疗用品。

    Abstract：The cleaning operating room suite and supply room may be located in different buildings, which could lead to low-efficiency in transportation of sterile operation supplies. The aim of study is to introduce a special operation cart with docking device to solve this complicate issue. original-designed operation carts with docking device were used for operation supplies transportation between operating room suite and supply room. evidences showed that these special carts have successfully met the requirement of transportation and increased the efficiency. this special operation cart has proved to be a reliable, convenience and cost-effective medical equipment, as demonstrated by the transportation style reformation, the process simplification, energy- saving and avoiding the potential contamination during the transportation. ......
