摘 要：随着各大医院的飞速发展，检查设备的不断增加、更新，机房硬件要求也变得更为苛刻。对于经济实力雄厚的医院，能够按要求新建机房，而对于更多的医院来说，机房改造则有更加明显的优点。文章从选址、确定平面方案、确定施工图纸、组织施工等方面论述了机房改造能节约成本、节约用房，并通过实例进行了具体论证。

    Abstract:With the rapid development of hospitals and equipments constantly updated, the requirements of machine room hardware will become more demanding. If the hospital have strong economic capability ,it can build new machine room on request. However, for most hospitals，there are many obvious advantages of the machine room transformation .
