基于循证评价的中医药治疗高脂血症临床研究文献基本现状分析(1)

摘要:目的 回顾总结近十年来以中药为主治疗高脂血症的临床试验基本信息评价。方法 检索收集近十年中药治疗高脂血症的临床试验文献，基于循证进行评价，并进行频数统计和百分率的计算观察。结果 总共得到近十年的高脂血症中医药临床研究共243篇相关文献，发表在中央级杂志的文献23.3%，地方级杂志28.6%，专科杂志48.1%；仅有24项(9.8%)研究有资金支持，其中得到中央科研资金资助的2篇(0.82%)，地方科研资金资助的22篇(9.05%)，其余的研究资金资助来源不明，显示相关研究的资金投入明显不足；纳入文献中使用的疾病相关关键词以“高脂血症”占90.1%最多，而干预措施相关的关键词很少用到；干预措施的类别以纯中医为主，占89.7%，中西医结合干预措施的占10.3%；所有纳入文献的干预措施均没有基础研究的描述；研究的目的以观察降血脂药物的疗效及安全性为多，大约占到93.4%，还有9篇文献在观察降血脂药物的疗效及安全性目的基础上又补充其他目的；243篇文献代表的研究仅有3篇有临床分期的记录，3篇文献有关于伦理的记录；诊断标准有5.7%的研究用到了国际诊断标准，62.1%用到了国家标准，9.4%用到了国内行业标准。结论 参照循证医学文献评价方法和原则，243篇中医药治疗高脂血症的相关文献，研究的质量存在诸多问题，急需进一步提高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical trial literature of Chinese medicine for treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods The articles about the Chinese medicine for treatment of hyperlipidemia based on evidence-based medicine search strategy were collected and analyzed.ResultsTwo hundreds and forty-three articles were collected,23.3% of them were published in national journal,28.6% of them were published in local journal,and 48.1% of them were published in professional journal.There were 24 researches supported by scientific fund,and 2 researches supported by national scientific research,and 22 researches supported by local scientific research fund.The results showed that the investment to relevant researches was not enough.Hyperlipidemia as keywords were in 90.1% literatures.There were 89.7% of intervene measures were pure TCM,and 10.3%of them were integrative medicine.Most of the researches (93.4%) were focused on the curative and safety of drugs.Only 3 articles had described ethic problem.Among the reports,international diagnosis standard was applied in 5.7% of the researches,nation standard was applied in 62.1% of the researches,and domestic professional standard was applied in 9 ......
