芪棱汤对急性脑梗死患者血中同型半胱氨酸浓度及神经功能缺损评分的影响(2)

在本研究中,芪棱汤能明显改善神经缺损评分,效果值高于对照组(P<0.01)。芪棱汤与补阳还五汤干预均可降低血中Hcy的浓度,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且芪棱汤组的效果值大于对照组(P<0.01)。用芪棱汤和补阳还五汤干预脑梗死患者后,神经缺损评分效果值与Hcy浓度的效果值之间呈正相关。中药在降低血Hcy浓度的同时,可改善脑梗死患者神经缺损评分,且芪棱汤的效果优于补阳还五汤。
