慢性心力衰竭急性发作期中医证候要素及演变规律的初步研究(1)

摘要：目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭急性发作期的中医证候要素及其地位和作用。方法 采用中医证候调查量表对217例慢性心力衰竭患者进行前瞻性调查研究，建立慢性心力衰竭证候信息数据库，采用多元统计方法进行统计分析。结果 慢性心力衰竭急性发作期中医证候的病性要素以气虚、阳虚、痰浊、血瘀为主，病位要素与心、脾、肺、肾、肝相关，不同时期表现为不同病性要素与病位的结合。结论 慢性心力衰竭急性发作期的中医证候特点为五脏相关，痰瘀相关。

Preliminary Study on Syndrome Factors and Evolution Characteristics of TCM Syndromes in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To investigate the main clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in patients (pts) with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods The information of 217 patients was collected by Chinese medicine questionnaire.The information database of TCM of CHF was set up.The syndrome factors were analysis by principal components analysis and cluster analysis.Results The syndrome factors of TCM syndromes in acute exacerbation of CHF were Qi deficiency，yang deficiency，phlegm syndrome and stagnation of blood.The disease location factors was related to heart，spleen，lung，kidney，liver.The different characteristics of syndromes factors were combined to different location factors.Conclusion The characteristics of TCM syndromes in pts with acute exacerbation of CHF were interconnections between five viscera andinterconnections between phlegm and blood.
