摘要：目的 观察参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)的影响。方法 将72例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液静脉输注，疗程15 d。两组治疗前后检测心功能及血浆BNP水平。结果 两组治疗后心功能指标均较治疗前明显改善，血浆BNP水平均较治疗前明显下降，但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 参附注射液可以明显改善心功能，提高疗效；血浆BNP是评价CHF治疗效果的良好指标。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac function and plasma brain natriuretic polypeptide(BNP) level in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods Seventytwo patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups:The control group treated with conventional treatment，and treatment group treated with conventional treatment and Shenfu injection.The cardiac function and plasma BNP were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment，the cardiac function and the concentration of plasma BNP of the two groups were significantly improved.The degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection could improve cardiac function in patients with CHF.Plasma BNP was a good indicator for the evaluation of the treatment effect in CHF.

心力衰竭(心衰)是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致心室充盈及(或)射血能力受损而引起的一组综合征。由于心室收缩功能下降，射血功能受损，心排血量不能满足机体代谢的需要，器官、组织血液灌注不足，同时出现肺循环和(或)体循环淤血。慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)是大多数心血管疾病的最终归宿，也是最主要的死亡原因，其5年生存率和恶性肿瘤相近。为寻求更佳的治疗方案，改善心衰患者的生活质量，本研究在西医常规治疗基础上，加用参附注射液治疗CHF，观察患者治疗前后心功能指标及血浆B型钠尿肽(Btype natriuretic peptide ......
