摘要""心律失常作为临床常见病症，其发生发展与营卫失调密切相关。《难经》云：“损其心者，调其营卫”，以调和营卫干预心律失常凸显了中医辨治的特色与优势。基于营卫理论探讨心律失常的中医治法，在此基础上分析复律宁颗粒通过调和营卫改善心律失常的作用，以期为中医药防治心律失常提供新的思路。
