【摘 要】 目的:观察云南白药联合碘酊治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法:将100例宫颈糜烂病例随机分为两组;对照组50例,采用3%碘酒治疗;观察组50例,在碘酒治疗的基础上局部加用云南白药治疗。结果:观察组的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性,术后阴道排液及脱痂出血等并发症观察组亦明显少于对照组。结论:云南白药配合碘酒治疗宫颈糜烂可提高治愈率,减少并发症。

    Effect of Yunan Baiyao combined with Iodine on the treatment of cervical erosion:a report of 100 cases

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao combined with iodine on the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods: One hundred patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with 3% iodine, while the experiment group was treated with iodine combined with Yunnan Baiyao. Results: The curative rate in the experiment group is significantly higher than that in the control. Conclusion: Yunan Baiyao combined with iodine can greatly enhance the curative effects on cervical erosion and reduce the risk of complications. ......
