【摘 要】 本文通过典型案例阐明了目前在“网聊”群体中存在的因网络交友不慎而导致性权利遭受侵害的犯罪现象。以警示网聊者特别是未成年人在网络人际交往中应建立预防犯罪的责任意识和预防被害自护意识。

    【Abstract】This study explores on one typical case to analyze the phenomenon of sexual crimes induced by internet chatting. Some netizens may experience violation of sexual rights owing to the carelessness in making friends via internet chatting. The study also advise those internet chatters, especially those non-adults to build up protection awareness against sexual crimes in their internet intercourse.
