【摘 要】 胚胎9周时阴茎头已发育并完全裸露,而包皮迟至12周时才形成并逐渐向阴茎头远端方向生长,至14周时才覆盖整个阴茎头并与阴茎头粘连。这种生理性粘连一直持续至出生时,伴或不伴有包皮口狭窄,随着阴茎发育多在17岁前自然消失,如不消失,就变为病理性;因炎症等因素成人原本已翻动自如的包皮可以再次发生包皮口狭窄及包皮粘连,此属于病理性。作为一门正在蓬勃发展中的学科,现代男科学应在前所未有的高度上重视包皮粘连及包皮口狭窄的诊断及处理,以期阴茎的结构及功能得到良好的保障。本文对包皮粘连及包皮口狭窄加以分析,对有关研究进展加以综述,认为这两者在现代男科学中具有重要的地位。

    Role of preputial adhesion and preputial stenosis in modern andrology

    【Abstract】 Objectives: In the human male fetus, the glans penis has developed from the genital tubercle by week 9 and exposed wholly,while the prepuce starts to develop at week 12 and is extended to the tip of the glans penis . By week 14 the prepuce is beyond the tip of the glans penis and covers the whole glans penis. At birth, the prepuce is usually stillphysiologically fused with the glans penis,with or without the physiological preputial stenosis. The inner prepuce gradually separates from the glans penis as the penis progress. At the age of 17, only a few of them don’t completed and may becomepathological. Adult prepuce which has rolled up and down freely may has adhension and stenosis again which condition is pathological. Mordern andrology, as a vigorously developing medical science,should pay more attention to the dignosis and treatment of preputial adhension and preputial stenosis in order that the penis may get a good structure and a good function. This paper gives an overview of the adhension and stenosis and we consider both of them play an important role in the modern andrology. ......
