【摘 要】 线粒体是睾丸生殖障碍的关键部位和损伤靶点,mtDNA缺陷可能对人类精子功能障碍的发生具有重要作用。精子发生过程中,精子核形态、大小以及染色质状态发生剧烈变化。精子凋亡常常是以头核的多样性变化而显现的,正是依据核的变化区别和鉴定,用TUNEL染色和瑞-吉染色观察确定凋亡精子,从而奠定了精子凋亡形态学分类的依据,创立了新精子分类方法——精子凋亡形态分类 。【关键词】 线粒体; 精子; 生精细胞; 凋亡; 睾丸生殖障碍; 不育症; 靶点

【Abstract】Mitochondria is the key position and vulnerable target for testicle reproductive dysfunction. The absence of mtDNA might play important role in causing testicle reproductive dysfunction. In the spermatogenesis process, dramatic changes will occur to the shape and size of sperm cores, and to the quality of chromotin. In view of the fact that spermtocyte apoptosis is often manifested by the variety of sperm cores, the apoptotic sperms are determined by TUNEL and Ray-G pigmentation which are used to detect and differentiate the sperm core changes. Based on this, the new sperm typology method is suggested in this paper, namely, the morphological typology of spermatocyte apoptosis. ......
