【摘 要】 人工辅助生殖技术(ART)的迅猛发展,使得大部分不孕家庭拥有属于自己孩子的愿望已不是梦想,但代理孕母的出现引发许多伦理争议。如果女性的合法权益得不到维护,将会给家庭和社会带来严重的伦理和法律问题,进而会影响社会的和谐与安定。本文在概述当今一部分学者和女权主义者对代理孕母的支持和反对的观点基础上,提出以女性主义关怀伦理视角来看待代理孕母这一问题,并阐述了其相关的意义。

    【Abstract】With the rapid development of artificial assisted reproductive technology(ART), it is no longer a dream that the majority of infertile families could have their own children, but surrogate motherhood has caused many ethical disputes. If women’s legitimate right and interests have not been protected, it will bring the family and society many ethical and legal issues, and will therefore affect the social harmony and stability.
