【摘 要】 目的:探讨附睾穿刺术在男科疾病诊治中的适应证、禁忌证、注意事项及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析 1668例经阴囊皮肤行附睾穿刺术的操作与经验。结果:1668例患者中,956例行双侧附睾穿刺,712例行单侧附睾穿刺。发现双侧附睾穿刺均无精子抽获者873例。另穿刺治疗附睾囊肿8例;急诊行附睾穿刺取精子24例。结论:附睾穿刺术在鉴定无精子症类别、辅助生殖中卵细胞质内单精子注射及治疗附睾囊肿等疾病中有重要的价值。

    The value of epidycentesis in andrologica clinic(analysis of 1668 cases)

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the indication, contra indication, attention and value of epididycentesis in andrologica clinic. Methods: The manipulation and experience for 1668 cases of epididycentesis were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 956 cases were double epididycentesis, 712 cases were only once. 873 cases hadn’t sperm indouble epididycentesis. The 8 cases of epididymal cyst had treatment by epididycentesis and 24 cases were emergent.Conclusion: Epididycentesis is important operate with to differential diagnosis of azoospermia, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and treatment of epididymal cyst etc. ......
