    【Abstract】Erectile dysfunction severely influenced the reproductive health of males. The paper reviewed the recent related literature and introduced the major research advances in this area, including the definition, pathogenesis, diagnostic and treatment methods. The paper may serve as the reference for clinical practice by summarizing the Chinese and foreign authoritative viewpoints concerning the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction.
