【摘 要】 目的:探索老年性病患者心理因素与临床治疗效果的关系，从而提高治愈率。方法：根据老年性病患者的心理特点，分成忧郁型、愤怒型、玩世不恭型三种类型，采用正规治疗，在临床正规治疗的基础上辅以心理治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：56例正规治疗辅以心理治疗的患者治愈 51例，治愈率为91.07%(51/56)。而未辅以心理治疗的患者52例治愈率为76.92%(40/52)。二者差异有统计学意义(χ²=27.74,P<0.01)。结论：：采用正规治疗的同时，辅以心理治疗，可提高治愈率。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore the relationship between psychological factors of senile STD patients and the treatment efficacy with the aim to enhance the curative rates. Methods: The senile STD patients were divided into three types, namely depression type, irritation type and cynicism type according to their psychological characteristics. They were treated with normal clinical therapy in combination with psychological care, and were observed for the treatment effects. Results: Among 56 cases treated with clinical and psychological care, 51 cases cured, the curative rate being 91.07% (51/56); while the 52 cases only treated with clinical care, the curative rate was 76.92% (40/52). The difference was found to be significant (χ²=27.74,P<0.01). Conclusion: The curative rate for senile STD patients can be enhanced by supplementing clinical treatment with psychological care. ......
