【摘 要】 睾丸生精细胞的增殖、分化受到严格的基因调控,同时在精子发生的生理和病理过程充当着重要角色。生精细胞凋亡是机体清除剩余或缺陷细胞的正常生理机理,也可能是男性不育的病理环节。寻找影响生精细胞凋亡的调节因子,阐明各种死亡信号的调控机制,掌握生精细胞凋亡的病理学调控,将为男科不育的治疗及探索男性节育新途径奠定理论基础,为睾丸精液脱落细胞学的检测,评价睾丸生殖功能与性功能提供了依据。【关键词】 睾丸; 生精细胞; 基因; 精子; 因子; 基因调控; 精液; 脱落细胞学

【Abstract】The increase, proliferation and dispersal of spermatogenic cells are strictly controlled by genes, which also play an important role in the physiological and pathological process of sperm production. Spermatogenic cell apoptosis is a normal physiological process to remove the extra and deficit cells out of body, but it can also be a pathological sign of male infertility. It is necessary to seek for controlling genes which influence the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells, to explain the controlling mechanisms for the sign of cell death, and to understand the pathological control of spermatogenic cells apoptosis. These measures can lay theoretical foundation for the treatment of male infertility and the control of male reproduction, and can provide reference for the evaluation of testis function and sex function. ......
