【摘 要】 目的:研究影响男性性唤起的心理和认知方面的因素。方法：对国内外相关文献进行综述。结果：男性个体的人格特点、情绪唤醒、对性刺激的注意过程以及性态度等四个心理和认知因素对男性性唤起存在影响。结论：对由心理和认知因素所导致的男性性唤起障碍的治疗应从其问题根源着手，矫正和完善男性的心理和认知结构对提高男性性唤起水平具有非常重要的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate psychological and cognitive factors which influence sexual arousal in males. Methods: Reviewed correlated literatures. Results: Personality characteristics, emotion, attention to sexual stimuli and sexual attitude are the factors which influence sexual arousal in males. Conclusion: Treatment of sexual arousal disorder in males which caused by psychological and cognitive factors should be started to the root of the problems, correct and imporve males’ psychological and cognitive structure will be helpfull to increase their sexual arousal level. ......
