【摘 要】 过去一般认为导致男性不育最常见的原因是精索静脉曲张，但近年来由于慢性前列腺炎(CP)的发病率越来越高，成为引起男性不育的主要病因之一。所以国内外对CP导致男性不育的研究内容及资料也越来越多，在许多方面有了新的进展，但仍有不少目前尚未解决的难题，期待近期有所突破。

    Research advances in male infertility caused by chronic prostatitis

    【Abstract】In the past, male infertility was generally believed to be caused by varicocele. However, the increased occurrence rate of chronic prostatitis (CP) has become the major cause of male infertility. More researches on CP-caused infertility have been performed in China and foreign countries. These researches produced new advances in many aspects, but still left many unresolved problems to be dealt with by new breakthroughs.
