【摘 要】 卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿是盆腔内膜异位症中最常见的一种[1]，占盆腔子宫内膜异位症的80%。卵巢内膜异位囊肿多主张手术治疗，凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)作为凝血功能异常的筛查试验，是手术前患者出凝血功能检查的常规指标[2]。本文对手术前凝血试验结果PT、TT延长影响因素进行分析并得出报告。

    【Abstract】Endometriotic cysts of the ovary in pelvic endometriosis is the most common form[1], occupied in pelvic endometriosis for 80%.Ovarian endometriosis cysts have favored surgery, PT、TT、APTT、FBG as a screening test of coagulation dysfunction, before surgery,blood coagulation function tests of conventional indicators[2], in this paper, results of preoperative coagulation tests PT、TT extend the analysisi of factors affecting, are as follows.
