【摘 要】 目的:探讨二次剖宫产后腹壁子宫内膜异位症术后疗效。方法：术中见病灶侵蚀范围大，腹壁缺损大，给予补片治疗。结果：术后随访无复发、无排异、腹壁无不适。结论：剖宫产后腹壁子宫内膜异位症给予补片治疗效果较好。

    A case report of Patch supplement induced by abdominal wallEndometriosis after secondary caesarean section

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the effect of surgical treatment on abdominal wall endometriosis after secondary caesarean section. Methods: The surgery revealed a broad range of disease focus and severe abdominal wall lesion. The patch treatment was used. Results； The follow-up after the surgery indicated no recurrence, no rejection reaction, and no discomfort in abdominal wall. Conclusion: Patch supplement proves to be effective in the treatment of abdominal wall endometriosis after secondary caesarean section.
