【摘 要】 本文通过座谈、实地走访、个案调查等方式，依据106，865个上环样本，对武汉市城乡育龄妇女节育环使用情况进行了调查和分析，从中发现了节育环脱位异常、戴环受孕、超期服役等显性问题。经过具体分析，提出了解决上述问题的对策及建议。

    【Abstract】This paper investigates on 106865 IUD samples used by pregnant-age women in Wuhan rural and urban areas by means of interview, field visit and surveys. The results revealed the problems of IUD dislocations, pregnancy with IUD devices and use of expired IUD. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes some suggestions and solutions for these problems.
