【摘 要】 目的:探讨个体化治疗滴虫性阴道炎的体会。方法：研究对象38例，妊娠者8例，绝经者7例，月经正常者23例，既往患滴虫性阴道炎者11例。根据个体情况采用常规治疗、复发者的治疗、妊娠者的治疗。结果：患者停药3～5天后复查，临床症状消失、妇科检查正常及分泌物化验滴虫为阴性。结论：个体化治疗滴虫性阴道炎能有效治愈，降低复发率。

    New experience on the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore on the experience on the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods: A total of 38 trichomonas vaginitis patients were studied in the research with 8 pregnant patients, 7 menopause patients, 23 cases of normal menstrum, and 11 cases of recurrent trichomonas vaginitis. Individual difference of the patients results in different treatment plan, namely, regular care, care for the recurrent patients, and care for pregnant patients. Results： The patients’ physical check was performed 3~5 days after the medication pause. The results indicated the disappearance of clinical symptoms, the normality of gynaecology check-up, and the negative results for the vaginal secretion. Conclusion: Individualistic treatment on trichomonas vaginitis can have effective therapeutic effects and low recurrence rate. ......
