早泄动物模型研究进展(1)

     【摘 要】 早泄是临床中最常见的性功能障碍,其发病机制尚不清楚。抗抑郁药能够延缓早泄患者的射精潜伏期,从而暗示了早泄是一种神经生理活动。本文对动物的性行为、5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂是如何延缓射精的做了简短的回顾,同时总结了大鼠的射精功能的各种动物模型,期望能够研发出新的比较公认的早泄动物模型。

    【Abstract】Although premature ejaculation(PE) represents the most commonmale sexual dysfunction, mechanisms controlling ejaculation process remain poorly understood. In the clinic, the efficacy of various antidepressants to delay ejaculation in men suggests a strong neurobiological function. In this paper we will biefly review animal sexual behavior and the effect of selective serontonin reuptake inhibitor, in addition review the various animal models that have been developed to study ejaculatory function ,in order to develop a novel premature ejaculation animal model. ......
