某医学院本科护生恋爱观调查研究(1)
【摘 要】 目的:调查护生恋爱情况与对恋爱的态度。方法：采用自拟问卷对140名护生进行调查，结果分恋爱过组、恋爱中组、未恋爱组，及农村组、城镇组进行卡方检验；各项目子选项进行t检验。结果：恋爱过组与恋爱中组分别在：对恋爱时期的认识(χ2=9.576，P=0.023<0.05)、恋爱动机(χ2=12.72，P=0.013<0.05)、恋爱与工作的关系(χ2=7.683，P=0.021<0.05)等项目上，恋爱过组与未恋爱组在恋爱失败的影响的调查项目上存在显著差异，χ2=8.791，P=0.032<0.05；恋爱中组与未恋爱组分别在：对大学生恋爱的态度(χ2=7.20，P=0.027<0.05)、对恋爱时期的认识(χ2=13.12，P=0.004<0.05)、恋爱动机(χ2=12.96，P=0.011<0.05)、工作与恋爱的关系(χ2=10.41，P=0.005<0.05)、对大学生同居的态度(χ2=17.56，P=0.000<0.05)等项目上存在显著差异，P<0.05。结论：农村与城镇的大学生由于社会发展进步，在恋爱行为和观念上并无显著差异；恋爱过的护生对恋爱的认识较恋爱中的护生更理智，未恋爱的大学生对恋爱的危害有一定提防，但对恋爱仍充满好奇；影响护生恋爱观的学习、就业、经济等因素是高校性教育的突破口。

Conclusion: Countryside and cities university students, because the social development progresses, in love behavior and idea and have not remarkable difference; Loved nurse students compared with the loving nurses express more reasonable, reason, the love university students pay atlention to the harm of love, but still filled to the love curiously; Affects nurses the student love view factors, so on study, employment, economy are the university sex education important factors.

护理专业的大学生是一个特殊的群体，以女性为绝对多数，并聚集于各个医学院校的护理学院、护理系。不少医学院校将护理专业作为“王牌专业”来管理，对报考护理专业的考生还有额外的身体要求，例如对身高、仪表等的要求[1，2]。因此，护理专业的女大学生(以下简称护生，本课题特指高校护生)往往成为高校一道亮丽的风景线。然而，当前大学生性观念越来越开放、自由化，恋爱、同居现象越来越普遍的新形势下，护生无疑是一个值得关注的群体：一是她们所在的专业班级、护理系，明显存在男女比例失调的问题，甚至是清一色的女性；二是医学院校整体就存在男女比例失调的问题——医学院校的护理系、护理学院主要以女性为主，而临床等其他医学专业女大学生也占有一定的比例。因此护理专业的女大学生处于一个男女比例严重失调的环境下，他们的恋爱观，性观念、性行为等也是有别于其他非医学院校的其他女大学生。
掌握护生的恋爱情况，对于提高她们的护理教学管理工作，促进她们学业、人生的健康发展，以及营造校园和谐、健康的氛围具有积极价值。我们课题组于2010年3月对护理本科专业的女护生进行了自拟恋爱观问卷调查，现报告如下。, 百拇医药(黄燕 孙云 祁红 何春渝)
