【摘 要】 目的:总结辨证论治生殖器疱疹经验。方法：以医案形式阐述生殖器疱疹的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果：生殖器疱疹病因病机为发于外阴，病在下焦，与肝、脾、肾关系密切，多因房室不洁，触染邪毒，外阴皮肤黏膜腠理疏松破损，淫毒之邪乘虚而入，加之素体湿热内蕴，湿毒蕴结下焦，搏结外阴，久之，伤津耗气，正虚邪恋。结论：辨证论治生殖器疱疹疗效显著。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To summarize the experience of genital herpes based on syndrome differentiation. Methods: The etiology, pathogenesis, types, therapeutic methods and prescriptions of genital herpes were expounded by the way of medical cases. Result: The diseased location of genital herpes is lower energizer, and is closely related with liver, spleen and kidney. Usually it is caused by infection of toxin from the loose and damaged mucosa during the insanitary sexual behaviors, combined with the internal accumulation of innate damp-heat. And damp toxin accumulates in the lower energizer, and stays in the genital organ. If keeping long, it will damage the body fluid and consume Qi, leading to the state of lingering of the evil with deficiency of the vital. Conclusion: The treatment of genital herpes based on syndrome differentiation is effective. ......
