3112名汉族不孕不育症女性就诊者的特征分析
【摘 要】 目的：促进治疗女性不孕不育症的水平的提高。方法：对3112例汉族不孕不育症女性就诊者的特征进行了调查。结果：发现就诊者具有患不孕不育症年限较长、文化程度较高的特点，还发现就诊者中A型血患者比例较高，并分析了其就诊的信息来源问题。结论：医生应从生物心理、社会多视角介入治疗过程，针对患者就诊特征的特殊性，提出辅助治疗的积极途径。【关键词】 不孕症； 不育症； 就诊行为； ABO血型

【Abstract】 In this study, 3112 women of Han ethnicity with infecundity and infertility were investigated for characteristics of their clinical consultation behaviors. It was found that these women had long history of infertility, received high level of education and had a high proportion of "A" blood type. The consultation information source was also investigated. Conclusion: Given the specific characteristics of these women, doctors should explore on some adjuvant treatment for infecundity and infertility by involving more psychological and social perspectives in the clinical intervention. ......
