【摘 要】 目的:观察我院勃起功能障碍患者服用伐地那非情况。方法：查看178例勃起功能障碍患者住院、门诊病历资料；临床观察患者国际勃起功能指数(IIEF- 5)改变和不良反应率。结果：勃起功能障碍患者国际勃起功能指数明显提高，不良反应率为7.87%。结论：伐地那非具有较好临床使用性。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the effect of Vardenafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in our hospital. Methods: One hundred and seventy-eight cases of erectile dysfunction patients were studied for their inpatient, outpatient clinical data.Their IIEF-5 change and adverse effects were observed. Results: Vardenafil can significantly increase the score of IIEF-5, and the adverse effect rate was 7.87%. Conclusion: Vardenafil has good clinical application effect.
